Fel rhan o’n thema ‘Byd Nad Yw’n Bod’, byddwn yn ffocysu dros yr Hanner Tymor nesaf ar Y Gofod a gofodwyr. Rydym wedi bod yn brysur yn casglu gwybodaeth am ein System Solar ni ac yn astudio digwyddiadau arwyddocaol megis y dyn cyntaf yn glanio ar y lleuad. Bydd y plant yn gwylio clipiau fideo o’r Orsaf Ofod Rhynglwadol gan ffocysu ar sut mae eu synhwyrau yn cael eu heffeithio yn y Gofod. Cawn gyfle i ddychmygu eu bod nhw’n ofodwyr eu hunain wrth baratoi am gyfweliad ar y ‘teledu’! Byddwn hefyd yn canolbwyntio ar Ddiogelwch ar y we, yn benodol Seibr fwlio. Bu’r plant yn brysur yn ysgrifennu cerddi bywiog, pŵer bwyntiau diddorol a phosteri llawn gwybodaeth. Gyda’r Cyngerdd Nadolig yn brysur agosau, cawn hanner tymor prysur yn paratoi ar ei gyfer!
As part of our ‘Out of this World’ topic, we will be focusing this Half Term on space and astronauts. We have been busy gathering information about our Solar System and studying significant events, such as the first man landing on the Moon. The children will be watching clips from the ISS and learning about how our senses are affected in space. We will then have the opportunity to imagine being astronauts ourselves, preparing an interview on ‘tv’! We will also be focusing on Internet Safety and Cyber bullying. The children wrote fanatic poems, created imaginative power points and informative posters. With our Christmas Concert fast approaching, we’ll have a busy half term preparing!
